the staff was very helpful and professional. mr kareem and mr fahad rana at reception offered us complementary drinks. they gave us a few options to choose the best room.

The staff were very cooperative, especially GRO Ammara. She was very polite and professional . I felt totally at home the entire time. The staff gave me coffee upon arrival and helped me every time I needed something. This hotel is great!

Rooms are cleaned regularly and requests are accommodated. The hotel upgraded my room to a suite. The rooms were spacious and included nice bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable and I slept like a baby!

i appreciated the quick service plus the warm and cute behavior of everyone i met. above all, ammara and her team were wonderful. the hotel offered good value. Its location was also a bonus.
the lifts and parking areas showed signs of wear though functional.
